In-Store Purchase Returns
If you purchased a Primal Kitchen product at a local retail store, and you are not fully satisfied, Please return your product directly with the store that it was purchased from.
Even though we can not physically accept the return, or issue a refund, we would still like to know if you have experienced an issue with any Primal Kitchen product.
If you had a less than satisfactory experience, please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and a customer service representative will alert our QA Manager.
Be prepared to provide us with the Lot # and Expiration date od the product if there is a quality issue.
