How do I track my order?
Please login to your Primal account and click on the Order Number for tracking information. If not enough information is displayed and you need further detailed tracking, please contact the Courier directly (USPS or FedEx) with your Tracking information.
We are unable to make changes regarding delivery after an order has already processed and shipped. If you need to change the delivery address or delivery instructions for an order that has already shipped, please also contact the courier directly.
