If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products or have a less than satisfactory experience, please contact our customer service specialists within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

We only guarantee refunds for products purchased through or minus the initial shipping cost(s). We may be able to offer a replacement product depending on your individual situation. Each refund/return is individually considered by our customer service specialists.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In some cases, an RMA# will be issued for a return. Please contact our customer service specialists prior to sending any product back for a refund, replacement, or exchange:

After your return is received we will begin to process your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the full refund amount to post back to your account.

While Primal Blueprint has a standing money back guarantee on purchases of all physical products (supplements, books, food products), the nature of an online educational experience and instant access to download all course materials prevents us from applying our blanket policy to these items. If you are unsatisfied with your educational experience, we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction through one on one email support. Partial refunds may be considered under special circumstances only if you immediately contact us after initial exposure and dissatisfaction with the course content. Just email with your questions, concerns, or challenges and we will engage with you to any extent necessary to ensure your total satisfaction.


Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout on Primal Kitchen and Primal Blueprint. The e-gift card is sent to the purchaser (you), who then forwards it to the recipient whenever you would like them to receive it.

All our items are shipped to Amazon Warehouses, so we are unable to control the point of shipment for any inventory. If you purchased a product directly from Amazon, and you are within the 30-day return period for Amazon purchases, you can receive a full refund/ replacement directly from Amazon. You can initiate this by contacting their Customer Service through your order history.

Please understand that we do not have control of any inventory obtained and sold by 3rd parties on Amazon. If you make a purchase through Amazon, your return/ refund needs to be handled by Amazon. If you still need assistance after you have reached out and communicated with Amazon Customer Service regarding a return/ refund, please let us know!

If you purchased a Primal Kitchen product at a local retail store, and you are not fully satisfied, Please return your product directly with the store that it was purchased from.Even though we can not physically accept the return, or issue a refund, we would still like to know if you have experienced an issue with any Primal Kitchen product.If you had a less than satisfactory experience, please email our customer service at and a customer service representative will alert our QA Manager. 

Be prepared to provide us with the Lot # and Expiration date od the product if there is a quality issue.


All Primal Kitchen products that are within their expiration date should taste great! If you have an experience with a product that smells uncharacteristic or doesn't taste good (outside of personal preference) please let us know by emailing

Please be sure to include when and where you purchased the product, along with the lot number and best by date listed on the product. We will alert our Quality Assurance manager for all product complaints. We can only guarantee returns or refunds for products that were purchased on or Replacements for products purchased through a 3rd party or in a retail store are not guaranteed and are handled on a case by case basis.
