A: The California Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is best reserved for applications with lower or no heat like dressings or marinades, dipping, drizzling or baking.

Q: What is the shelf life of your California Extra Virgin Avocado Oil ?

A: It's good for 18 months unopened. Once opened, we recommend using the bottled oils within 6 months for best quality. It does not need to be refrigerated.

Product may become cloudy at lower temperatures. This occurs naturally and does not affect the quality of the oil.
