Product Complaint Returns

All Primal Kitchen products that are within their expiration date should taste great! If you have an experience with a product that smells uncharacteristically or doesn't taste good (outside of personal preference) please let us know right away by emailing  info@primalblueprint.com.

Please be sure to include when and where you purchased the product, along with the lot number and best by date listed on the product. We alert our Quality Assurance manager for every product complaint.

We can only guarantee returns or refunds for products that were purchased on primalkitchen.com or primalblueprint.com. Replacements for products purchased through a 3rd party re seller or in a retail store are not guaranteed and are handled on a case by case basis.
