Q: Can I prepare these in the oven?
A: Skillets should not be prepared in the oven. Wok away from the oven and fire up the stove, instead!
Q: How long is the shelf life?
A: The shelf life is 450 days frozen, under proper storage conditions.
Q: Should the product be thawed?
These products should be cooked from frozen and enjoyed immediately. No need to thaw.
Q: How should the product be stored once opened?
A: Real food in real time: this product can’t be stored after being opened. It should be cooked once opened and consumed!

Q: Where are the ingredients sourced from?
A: We searched for the perfect flavors for our bowls and skillets, and the majority of our ingredients come from the United States and other North American countries. Some select ingredients are sourced internationally, as appropriate for the ingredient type.
Q: Why was dark meat chicken used?
A: Come to the dark side...of chicken! Dark meat chicken is known to be less dry and more flavorful than white meat chicken and provided the taste and texture we were looking for in our bowls and skillets.
Q: Where do you source your chicken meat from?
A: The cage-free chicken comes from various chicken farms around the United States.
Q: Are the products Certified KETO?
A: While the others are not Certified Keto, we were diligent about keep the net carb count to 20g or less per serving.
Q: Paleo Friendly: Why is the product PALEO FRIENDLY and Not PALEO CERTIFIED? Can you share what ingredient/ingredients didn’t meet their standards?
A: We are working towards receiving a Paleo Certification for our SKUs. Stay tuned!
Q: How long can the product be frozen?
A: These frozen bowls and skillets will stay uncompromisingly delicious until the shelf life is reached.
