Q: Can I prepare these in the oven?
Bowls oven prep is below:
Panang Curry Bowl (Oven)
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove Bowl from carton, and peel off film. Place in center rack of oven uncovered.
3. Cook for 55 minutes. Product needs to reach an internal temp of 165F
4. Remove bowl from oven, stir and enjoy.
Q: How long is the shelf life?
A:The shelf life is 450 days frozen, under proper storage conditions.
Q:Please describe the package:
A: Our bowls are made from recycled sugar cane fiber--how sweet is that? It’s reformed into a board and then shaped into a bowl (and then filled with some seriously tasty ingredients)
Q: Is the product Kosher?
Q: Where are the ingredients sourced from?
A: We searched for the perfect flavors for our bowls and skillets, and the majority of our ingredients come from the United States and other North American countries. Some select ingredients are sourced internationally, as appropriate for the ingredient type.
Q: Why was dark meat chicken used?
A: Come to the dark side...of chicken! Dark meat chicken is known to be less dry and more flavorful than white meat chicken and provided the taste and texture we were looking for in our bowls and skillets.
Q: Where do you source your chicken meat from?
A: The cage-free chicken comes from various chicken farms around the United States.
Q: Are the products Certified KETO?
A: While the others are not Certified Keto, we were diligent about keep the net carb count to 20g or less per serving.
Q: Paleo Friendly: Why is the product PALEO FRIENDLY and Not PALEO CERTIFIED? Can you share what ingredient/ingredients didn’t meet their standards?
A: We are working towards receiving a Paleo Certification for our SKUs. Stay tuned!
