Q: Are the Eggs Pasteurized?
A: Yes the eggs are pasteurized and they are cage-free as well!
Q: What is nutritional yeast and what are some of the nutritional benefits?
A: Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast, which means yeast cells are killed during processing and inactive in the final product. It's often used as a cheese replacement in dairy-free recipes because it has a naturally cheesy, nutty, savory taste.

A: Gum acacia is derived from the sap of the acacia tree. It is used in products, such as our Dressings, as an emulsifier to improve consistency.
